At this retreat, you will have the chance to meet and work with like-minded people in a beautiful, relaxing and but above all in a suitably-fitting ambiance to deepen your knowledge or even to train as a Pilates teacher.
Participate in daily Pilates and yoga lessons, relax by the pool or be pampered with soothing massages. Enjoy trips to the beach, take long beach or mountain walks and other exploration tours! There is something for everyone - whether culturally active or simply looking just to relax and rejuvenate.
The Retreat Centre : "Amanaya" is an enchanting renovated Spanish luxury finca located in the beautiful Vall de Pop in the region of Marina Alta, between Valencia and Alicante in one of the best climate regions in Spain.
Wide terraces, a natural salt water swimming pool, barbecue area, relaxation areas with deck chairs, hammocks, trees, a fresh mountain breeze and lots of place to chill, read and relax - everything to make you feel good.
